December Favorites

Wednesday, December 31, 2014

December always flies by for me. Every year, never fails.
I have a lot going on in December; TC's birthday, his Fathers Birthday, our niece Emma's birthday, the holidays, and of course the shopping.
With that being said, I didn't try out a LOT of new products. I also did not want to include my new favorites I got for Christmas, because I want to use them for a month.. it's only fair!

Now, lets jump into my December Favorites!

Ps. Still working on the best way to shoot/put these posts together. Bare with me.

Maybelline Color Whisper Gel Color: Made It Mauve- I bought this on a whim and I have to warn you, this does NOT have heavy pigmentation. I think the best way to describe it would be- it's a creamy tinted lip balm. It's tinted enough to give your lips a subtle shine, and it smells like Fruit Loops. Seriously, yum. The Fruit Loop smell isn't long lasting or over powering, just as subtle as the pigmentation. I really love this stuff!

Maybelline Color Sensational Lip: Hooked On Pink- I am not a pink lipstick kind of girl. I love it on everyone else, i just never seem to love it on myself. . Until now! I'm loving this shade. I think it's the perfect shade for an olive complexion!

MAC Sheertone Shimmer Blush: PEACHYKEEN- Again, normally I do not like "sheer tone" blushes.. but this one works! It's super popular in the beauty world, now I know why. Its subtle, sweet, and gives your cheeks the perfect peachy-keen-sheen!

MAC Eyeshadow: Cranberry Frost- The perfect shade for winter. I adore this color! Pigmentation is amazing- a little goes a long way. Jump on this! I think it would look beautiful on almost anyone! For fairer skin tones, just use it lightly as it can be a little powerful!

KOKO Lashes:  Goddess- HOLY. COW. I'm in love. Be warned, these lashes are LONG. I mean touch your eyebrow long, but thats how I like to wear my lashes.. especially when shooting for Girlmeetsbrave! I've been on the search for a good pair of dramatic lashes, and these are unreal. The band is great- not too thick. The lashes are lightweight and aren't irratating. You do have to purchase these online (here). Shipping was faster than I expected. However, you do have to sign for these, as they are sent certified mail. So be home when the mail carrier comes, or be prepared to pick them up certified at your local post office.

Sigma Flat Top Kabuki F80: I thought I was doing okay with my beauty blender... Oh was I wrong. I saved the best for last ladies, because this bad boy will change your foundation game. If you use a liquid foundation, do yourself a favor.. purchase this brush. It. is. amazing. It makes my make up go on smooth and flawlessly. I also noticed I don't need to use as much product as I would normally use. It really spreads out your foundation! LOVE!

Again, still working on the best layout for these monthly favorites. Any suggestions please feel free to comment below! Also, if you have any questions comment or email me. I love hearing from you guys, and I'm here to help!
Happy last day of 2014, y'all.
Big Huge LOVE,
-C
