Four Ways To Wear Chambray

Lets talk about closet staples for a second...

I think it's more important to purchase clothing staples that can be paired with multiple outfits, than statement items that you wear once or twice! With that being said, chambray is one of my favorite go-to closet staples. Your options with a chambray top are endless and always cute! They're usually light weight- so they're easy breezy for summer, but also perfect for layering in the winter. They can be dressed up or down and they're appropriate for any occasion. 

Here's how I styled my favorite chambray 4 ways! 

Look #1

This look is so effortless and comfortable. 

Your favorite white t-shirt, a pair of boyfriend shorts, and a chambray top. 

You could tie the chambray around your waist for a more edgy vibe or keep it simple with some flip flops. Either would be great for a casual weekend look. 

Look #2 

I love this look because it is so chic and denim on denim is trending right now! 

This look is polished but still casual enough for everyday errands. 

I broke up the denim on denim with a nude belt and added the leopard clutch for some sass!

The key to denim on denim is breaking it up with a neutral color or pattern. You also want to use shades of denim that do not clash.

Ugh, this look is so cute. This look would be perfect for a casual date night or brunch with your girls! I paired patterned shorts with a cream blouse and tied the chambray.

 I added some spice with the sandals, which are so easy to wear and tie the entire outfit together. 

Look #4 

Last but not least, a more work appropriate chambray outfit! I love the crispness of the white pants paired with this chambray! I was going to layer this with a gray blazer but it is SO hot. (Sorry y'all, I live in Texas) However, I think this outfit (with or without a blazer) would be perfect for the office. I paired it with strappy sandals but you could totally wear closed toed heels. If you threw on a statement necklace this outfit would kill it in the office!
