Happy Happy Tuesday!
I was off yesterday, so today feels like a Monday to me. I'm not complaining about having a day off, but don't you hate when it throws you completely off the next day?
Anyway, I'm obsessed with these pants...like crazy-town obsessed. They're so comfy and easy to style. You can wear them with converse, sandals, or wedges! I've even paired these with black strappy heels, a white printed top, and a leather jacket for date night! I mean it, these bad boys have come in handy.
I'm also loving the transition of this hat from fall to summer, I'm going to keep wearing this hat for as long as I can. I'm on third day hair, but you would never know thanks to this hat! I think the key to transitioning pieces is buying neutral colors!
I've found I get the most use out of my neutral accessories.

Well, back to Monday madness, I mean Tuesday for me!

So I made him one!
These little things are so easy to make and even better to eat!
Let me walk you through it, and then we can chat at the end? Deal?

Okay, here is what you will need.
(I cut the recipe below in half, but I wanted to share the full recipe with you)

This recipe makes 12 Cupcake size Molten Cakes

For Prep
-2 tablespoons of butter
-Cocoa Powder to dust Cupcake Pan
-1 Cupcake Pan

For the Cake
-3/4 cup of butter
-12 ounce bag of chocolate chips
-1/2 cup of heavy cream
-5 eggs
-3/4 cup of sugar
-2/3 cup of flour
-1/2 teaspoon of salt

1. Start by pouring chocolate chips into a large microwave safe bowl. Add in the butter and heavy cream and then microwave on 30 second intervals stirring between intervals until melted and creamy.

2.While the Chocolate is cooling, dust your cupcake pan using 2 tablespoons of butter and cocoa powder.

3. In a second bowl combine flour, sugar, salt, and eggs. After fully combined, add in the melted chocolate mixer and mix both together for about 2 minutes.

4. Pour combined mix into the cupcake pans and chill for at least an hour- but you can chill this mix up to 2 days! (chilling is mandatory)

5. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and bake for 10 minutes

*The cakes will be cake-like around the edges but gooey in the center, this is what you want.

6. Let cakes cool for 5 minutes and then pop them onto a plate, add some ice cream, and enjoy!

Also, sorry this post went up so late! This past weekend was AMAZING but I was so tired today. I have a million things left to do tonight, but zero energy to do any of it!

Big Monday & Molten Cake Hugs,
-C
(I put the butter on top of the chips, and then pour the cream over all of it.. for whatever reason it melts better and creamier this way)

Happy Thursday!
I know...I know, March isn't finished, but I'm leaving this weekend for my bachelorette and wanted to get something up for y'all!
Y'all, I am SO excited for this weekend, but that's a different story and post.

March Favorites

1. EOS Lip Baim in:// Sweet Mint I was given this as a gift and I'm obsessed. I love the sweet mint flavor, it's clean and refreshing. As y'all know I wear a lot of long wearing lip products, so keeping my lips hydrated is important! This stuff is a dream! It is hydrating, refreshing, and so smooth.

2. Kacey Musgraves new song "Biscuits"! A while back I saw my girl Kacey live at Gruene Hall. At the end of her show she played a new song for everyone and it was Biscuits! I instantly fell in love and as soon as the show ended I searched everywhere trying to purchase this song! Well, months later she FINALLY released Biscuits on Itunes and I've been jamin' it ever since. I could go on and on about how I feel she is my soul sister and sings my every thought through her songs, but I wont. Ha-Ha!

3. L'Oreal Infallible Pro-Last Lip Color in:// Everlasting Caramel No surprise here, y'all know I love me some long wearing lip color! Again, majority of L'Oreal lip products smell like fruit loops to me. However, the smell never bothers me and it fades in seconds. I love the color, the longevity, and creaminess of this product. It lasts 6-7 hours on me without touch up and fades beautifully. I will say this, it does completely fade on me in 9-10 hours but if you want this stuff off before it fades, you better have a lip scrub. This color in-particular is "my lips but better" in color, so when it fades.. it looks so natural. I haven't had a chance to go try any other shades from this line, but that's probably because I can't stop wearing this one!

4. My precious 6 ft. Iphone Charging Cord. I can lay in bed, answer emails, watch Youtube videos, all while my phone is charging! LOVE LOVE LOVE. I purchased mine from amazon and I've had it for over 8 months without any problems. Jump on it y'all!!

5.The Wet Brush I don't know how I haven't talked about this brush yet, it is amazing! My BFF and stylist recommended this brush to me over a year ago and I've been a big fan ever since. I've considered trying the "Tangle Teaser" but I just can't bring myself to cheat on my beloved Wet Brush. This brush is great for all hair types, it gets tangles out, and you can use it when your hair is WET! Hallelujah, praise him!

6. Saved the best for last.Y'all, I can't stop wont stop eating these! Lets start with the heavenly Sheila G's Brownie Brittle, it is so good. It's basically a crispy brownie. Holy Noms! I will forever have a couple bags of this stuff in my home. Now, on to the Pretzel Crisps- Sriracha Lime, I love every single flavor from the Pretzel Crisp line, but these take the cake. They're not too spicy or to lime-y. They're the perfect balance of zing meets yum and I can't stop eating them.
Until next year, smell ya later March!

I can not explain in words how much I adore tie waist dresses. So comfortable, so cute, and so easy!
I also love how I can pair this dress with my converse or sandals.
It's not big secret that I have a shopping addiction, but when I saw this dress pop up in the "new arrivals" email.. I clicked the link and never looked back.

This dress came in a couple different colors and I know it was a top seller, so if you can't get your paws on it today.. keep your eyes peeled, it'll be back for sure!

Now, I have been patiently waiting for the cold front to butt out of my life so I can live in dresses and sandals without fear of being cold. I mean really winter, take a hint.. everyone is over you.
Well, thankfully this past weekend the weather was absolutely beautiful and a little carnival came to town! So on Saturday morning, TC and I headed over and took that carnival by storm!
I hope y'all are having the best week!
I can only hope that this weekend is as pretty as last weekend, fingers crossed!
Big Love,

I really do have the best women in my life!
So creative, so kind, and so generous. You ladies are the BEST!
I've been so busy planning my wedding that I wanted nothing to do with planning my shower or bachelorette. I have no idea what to expect from my bachelorette, and I had no idea what to expect for my shower! I liked the anticipation and the surprise of not knowing what to expect, it was a nice change.
However, surprised is an understatement... I was blown away by the shower!
The ladies had the cutest photo-wall set up, a ton of sweet treats, adorable signs everywhere, and the cutest decor ever!
We had petit fours cakes, cute little brownie shooters, just about every type of desert your heart could wish for.
There was also a mimosa bar, cute little drinks, and fruit infused mixers. It was adorable beyond measure!

I just can't thank everyone enough for all the time and love that went into my bridal shower, it was wonderful. I will never forget how loved I felt surrounded by all my favorite ladies!

Now without further a due, PICTURES!

Happy Wednesday Everyone!
Sorry I've been MIA! I got really sick the other night and I'm still recovering, blek!
However, today is an exciting day because we have 30 days till the wedding! That's right, we've officially hit the 30 day out mark and I couldn't be more excited!
It's really cute, all our family and friends make sure to remind us of the countdown.
Okay, enough of that!
Anyway, I guess it's time to reveal our honeymoon plans.. because it's always the #1 question everyone asks.

(Drum Roll Please)

TC and I are going on a 15 day Europe Tour!
We will be seeing:
1. Paris, France
2. Venice, Italy
3. Rome, Italy
4. Barcelona, Spain

Excited is an understatement! We have 3-4 Days in each city and I am so so so excited. We decided to forgo the idea of all inclusive, just because this is the best time to get out and see as much as we can! It's no surprise that TC and I love to travel and see new places, so what better way to celebrate our marriage than to see some of the best places in the world?! I can't decide what city i'm most excited about.. but Barcelona looks amazing!
We are so blessed and so grateful for this trip, that work will let us off for more than a week, that family will watch our crazy pups, and for all the tips and advice we've gotten!
I think the hardest thing to plan for is- what am I suppose to pack?!

Europe, here we come!

& Here's a picture of us today for our 30 day out photo!!

PS. I plan on doing a post on my Bridal Shower soon, so stay tuned!
PSS. If y'all have any tips or travel advice please let us know! We'd love to hear them!

Big Love and 30 days out hugs,

My life be CRAY CRAY right now!

Thank god for my wedding planner because I can't even imagine what these last 30 days would be like without her!
I've told y'all, I don't like to do "recap" posts because I feel like they're just blah on a page. I like to do posts that are planned and cohesive. However, the weather and the wedding have held me hostage the last couple of weeks and I can't get around to shooting specific posts for you guys! I'm also VERY particular in what I post. As much as I would love to share everything I do with you guys, I have to have some privacy in my life. With that being said, I still love sharing some personal stuff and I plan on doing that every now and then with y'all!
I love sharing wedding stuff and some of my mushy side with y'all, but if I'm being real- my favorite posts are fashion, beauty, and travel related.

Anyway, enough with all of that! Lets get into a couple of things I did this past week. Again, I promise to not do as many "recap" posts after the wedding is over... It's just all I have time for lately!

Our 5 Year Anniversary!
Y'all, my person is amazing.
We went to dinner at The Roaring Fork , which is where TC asked me to be his "Girlfriend" officially after months of dating.
We eat here often, but on this night everything just seemed exceptionally perfect.

Date Night (because we totally deserve it twice in one week)
We went to North for Spaghetti. We also live for their Zucca Chips.
How lucky am I to have such a sweet man? Ugh, he is so handsome!

We we're "iced in" on Saturday
Tejas can be such a Drama Queen when it's cold. It "iced" and various roads around town we're closed on Saturday, so we took this time to just relax and get a couple of wedding things knocked out!
I wake up early every morning y'all, I'm not a "morning"person but I'm definitely an early riser!
One of my favorite things to do is make TC breakfast on the weekend, so that's exactly what I did.
Can we just take a second to praise Erica Catter for this amazing SNL Gilly mug. Easily my favorite mug of all time.

Wedding Party Get Together
We are all friends, so it felt like we were all just hanging out, but it was great to have all of our friends in one spot all together! We decided to get together at Main Event, we bowled for a couple of hours and then played laser tag. Oh mama was this a great idea! We had a blast, I would say drunken laser tag was the most fun!
We were missing some of our party, my best friend Karli and Sister live out of town.
We missed y'all!
I didn't get a group picture, rookie mistake... but I'm sure there will be plenty of those to come!

I hope y'all had a great weekend and start to your Monday!
Big Monday Hugs,
-C
