So I've started a new series on the blog! Brave The Trend! 

I'm not sure how many times I plan to do a trend post, but I am excited for this series to get going!

I really love taking on new trends and making them my own, and hopefully you guys can be inspired to Brave The Trend with me! 

So lets just get into it!

I love wearing white all year round, but I feel it looks the best during the summer months. It always feels so crisp and bright. When I first saw the trend "White on White" in various magazines I was skeptical, mono-color styling is a little intimidating! However, a few "pin-spirations" and a couple outfits later, I've found what works and what doesn't. I really like pairing white on white with nude shoes; and breaking up the outfit with a statement necklace or pairing it with a cute jacket. I think the best way to style a mono-colored outfit is to use your accessories to your advantage! You could get colorful with your shoes and accessories or keep it neutral. Just having a second color base in the outfit is what makes it work. 

Here I paired nude heels and broke up the white with my new favorite jean jacket.
